Thinking of hosting a brunch and looking to knock everyone’s socks off? Well we have asked the lovely Cass from Sugared Escape to come up with something truly inspirational. Cass has a knack for not only making something delicious but also creating something absolutely beautiful. The answer… a cocktail that will blow you away.

Cranberry Raspberry Fairy Floss Cocktail!

This fruity cocktail is perfect for that special Sunday morning. It is fairly straight forward so you don’t have to be a slave to the kitchen and can enjoy.

Make sure that you get a quality fairy floss some are silkier than others and tend to sit better on the top of the glass. Also, you can use frozen box berries or buy them fresh and freeze them yourself.

If you are loving this, you will love some ideas she put together to pair with it for a brunch  or afternoon tea feast.

Cass saysMix in some vodka and cranberry sparkle for a super quick but very visually lovely cocktail. I love adding in frozen raspberries that act as little tasty ice-cubes keeping things cool just long enough for you to get through the fairy floss.”
